Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born 15th August 1994, in USA. Ashley Nocera hasn't spoken much about her family She does however credit her grandfather with instilling her love of working out. He was a bodybuilder when he was in his 20s and 30s. Ashley began to exercise physically at an early age. She began taking swimming lessons at four years old, which she continued for another 10 years. Ashley competed in a variety of events however, she wasn't dedicated because her body wasn't equipped to adhere to an intense diet. She was somewhat popular during her time in high school mostly thanks to her attractive appearance and curvaceous body but it is not known that she had a relationship with anyone at this point in her life. Ashley determined to put all of on becoming a fitness and modeling model after graduating. Ashley was just 15 when she realized that she wasn't happy with how her body looked. Her dad encouraged her to train. But she took his advice and started slow. What she didn't know was that she'd spend the next nine years shaping her figure as she grew into an exercise idol. Ashley's triumph inspired her to take part in the 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. She placed seventh and considered this to be a loss. The result made Ashley take on more training. In the aftermath of winning fifth at the 2015 WBFF World Championships, Ashley took the decision to end her competition. In the course of competing in the competition, she was approached to do photography shoots. She didn't mix up her career and declined. Now that she's retired from competing Ashley decided to become an fitness model. She appeared on the front cover of a popular fitness magazine which instantly began her journey as a fitness model as she signed with a modeling agency. As time passed, she became a much-requested model. Also, she has posed for a variety of bikini and clothes companies.
